Dota 2 exe not responding

During the map loading screen after hero picking the game crashes , when I try to reconnect it crashes again . I tried to disable all scripts except the techies script and still the game crashed while loading the map after hitting the reconnect button

I only have 1 script enabled (techies) the game crashes after loading in

Is there anyway i can pay through paypal , it's very difficult to use FreeKassa payment methods because I live outside Russia ok paid and recieved , I think FreeKasa had temporarily removed Paypal just saw it now Thankws anyways
