You have to find mouse settings in the control panel or windows options(if win10)
Open extra settings and you'll see something like this:

1. Toggle on the feature named something like "display the mouse pointer trace"
2. Set the threshold below to the minimum
3. Toggle borderless windowed mode in Dota 2 (video settings)

At the start of the search, enter "Mouse", click on this item, select the "Index Parameters" submenu in the menu that opens and select the "Show index trace" option. And it's mandatory to start the dota in windowed mode, otherwise, if you start in full-screen mode, then the cursor will not be visible at all
