Hello, I bought a subscription yesterday but there is a problem, it takes 20 minutes to connect to the game when it finds a game, or it takes 20 minutes to connect to the game when I want to try a hero, it works fluently after connecting, but it is impossible for me to enter ranked games for 20 minutes too long, even because of this problem I was banned from the game for 3 hours.
