I yesterday paid for the subscription for 15 days and did not get my account upgraded. It said it there was an error but it had already withdrawn money from my card. And then I had to pay again to get upgraded. In other words, I paid twice for the subscription. My question is, can I get back the money that the system took from me for nothing?
