Draws an icon on minimap when enemy uses spells in fog of war. Also shows enemy`s TPs on minimap

3. Unzip AbilityAlert.zip to <Umbrella>/scripts/
4. Unzip images.zip to <path to Umbrella.exe>/ , so you would have <path to Umbrella.exe>/images/CustomUI/
